Thanks for the input and the photos to help move this along. The specifications for the Booklet are 16pp + Cover, 8.5″ wide and 5.5″ tall.

REVISIONS
When the sample booklet was sent over I realized the strong parallel in writing and format. Regardless, I edited the copy as I otherwise would to tighten it up and and sharpen the impact.

Not wanting to deviate too much from your notes, I am presenting the two variations below.

The first has a tint printed on the paper so it has a warm white appearance on both sides. The second has a dark appearance similar to The Vineyardist website, to connect the properties.
