Sea Coast Foods, Simply Simmered & Hibachi House Foods
This will be a case study without images. These were not what you might call recent; no photography is accessible. But the work itself is very relevant.

Beginnings  Founder and President Steve Galando first contacted the studio to repackage three existing packages within one product line for Sea Coast Foods. This began a years-long association. Tmarks oversaw the development of the packaging from concept, to photography, through design and printing. The collaboration expanded as time progressed.

Expansion  Collaborating on brand foundations and how it should occupy a unique position in the store and in the mind of the consumer, we built the Simply Simmered brand from the ground up. This included:

· Brand Identity
· Business Communication materials
· Brand Book/definition
· Photo direction & correction
· Package Design for more than a dozen varieties
· Print Management
· Sales collateral
· POS marketing

Fruition  This is a collaboration years in the making. As to its success, a notable phone call revealed that sales doubled year over year for three years running.

It was also revealed in this same call that the company was being purchased by the largest food purveyor in the United States. It was the founder that supplied this quote:

They listen, they care, they create, they make you define and focus, develop and scrutinize which gets you happy with your brand, your concept and yourself.

While it did feel as if we were being let go for our good work, there was  satisfaction in its success.

Karma  Call it karma, call it the fruits of good business collaboration but two years after the happy dissolution of our collaboration, our client was independent again and saw fit to call us to help build another brand.
